Yeah..We like them run with bungee cord$ to hold them in gear..Make$ for more part$ we have to replace when we rebuild them... Bearing play in the housings..Worn dog teeth on the gear(s), Sliders worn as Dennis has said..Time for a good old fashioned rebuild... I used a bungee cork to maintain 4th gear in my Squareback. Worked for a few months.
