Very interesting idea, swapping an older V-tech Honda motor into the vanagon, and if Kennady Engineering has done the adaptor plates already.... I am surprised this particular swap hasn't had some 'press' on our forum....it seems like, unless something major works against it, that this swap might be an outstanding match up....Honda motors are extra dependable and they are quite fuel efficient. One of my buddies drives those old CRX Hondas....he gets 50mpg on the interstates and just replaces them as they wear out, buying another for reasonable cost. Don Hanson
