I spent 2 years 8 months and 14 days working for an Acura/Infiniti service dept. Yes, dizzy failures were quite common on mid-90s Hondas. And the metallic paint was shoddy. And they smelled like mildew (actually this applies to a wider range of years). And the V6 lifters pretended to be a diesel.
But, I got exposed to the worst of the worst. Realizing that nothing is perfect I elect to drive what I enjoy while ignoring Consumer Reports.
