The little plastic grommets that the stubs on the emblem sit into are almost a one use item. You might be able to get the emblem off from behind if you heat the visible stubs/grommets up with heat gun or hair dryer and then push them out. The grommets look like, but I don't believe the have the metal insert, the grommets used to hold on the mudflaps. Those are available at the dealer. alistair
