When in Canada ... Instruct the USA shipper NOT (that is so not) To use UPS ... To ship to Canada ... UPS uses. Broker service that will hold your product ransom .... Often for the same amount of $$ that your part is worth

Tell ur shipper to send fed ex or postal only

UPS is great in country but a disaster on international to Canada Regards
