Hello Listers,

I recently have been dabbling with the idea of getting a new
windshield. Mine has 3 half-moon chips, one of which has a 1.5 inch
crack on it. Non are in the drivers critical sight area.

I was told by one glass place that it was too damaged to fix. I know
this things are subjective, depending on the techs qualifications and
glass experience.

However that got me to thinking about a new windshield. I have
replaced glass before in various VW's with great success so why not on
the vanagon, the problem is none of my interwebz searches gives me a
lead on the glass...

Anyone?
