You could easily only do one side, but it's better to do both sides, if for no other reason than to get dirty only once. In other words, get it over with. The last time they were done, if ever, they were likely both repacked or replaced. It's recommended to discard the allen head bolts and replace with the 'Triple Square,' as these have heads that are difficult to strip. The usual vendors stock these. Also, go to VanCafe and search for their CV tutorial. This is a very good article, with clear instructions. Easy, but dirty job........have fun! Miguel
