i have a few #99 relays.  these are the factory volkswagen  intermittant
programmable wiper relays.   simply pull out your #19  relay in your fusebox
and replace it with this one.   this allows you  to custom set the speed of
your intermittant wiper sweep intervals.   great for driving in fog or mist
or drizzle..
