Does anyone have the Syncro and the 4x4 logos on a pdf or jpg file?

I really thought I had this artwork, but can't find it now in all the logical places on my hard drive.  

Will need the logos to customize a plain spare tire cover with the Syncro logo and "4x4" on it.
