The one I recall is the then-new Pontiac Firebird (for 1968!) that touted the Space Saver spare and it required inflation. Used one of those inflation cannisters with little hose, probably a 16oz. can or the like. Don't know which cars since might have these and I'm embarrassed to admit remembering back that far.
