Check your receipt. There should be a tracking number there. It might tell you it's still sitting (no pun intended) at the station. I have found really large items can take longer because the loading crews have more difficulty finding for them under the bus. To help them out, I try to drop off the package very close to the loading entrance. They tend to load packages sooner to get then out of the way.
