Wait a sec.  I sold a couple of GL front seats a few years back to a lady across the country from me and it was at YOUR suggstion that I chose Greyhound as the shipper. That worked fine and I believe there was tracking and delivery info on that parcel.  Low cost (about $75 Richmond>Seattle) and I think additional insurance was available and that I did get it.   They may do worse on large items than on small, but neither I nor the recipient had any complaints that one time.  Thanks for that recommendation.   Stephen

a friend just had a large vanagon seat shipped coast to coast greyhound..it never made it here...   just a warning..  dont let the cheap  shipping rates fool you..   no tracking.. no  guarantees...      its a crap shoot.. dont use  greyhound to ship anything that you actually want to see it reach its destination ....
