sure ..
I think they said something about upping production some.
I hesitate to speak too politically  on this list..

traditionally OPEC has used production and price to their advantage ..
namely they know if they produce too much ..
price will or could go down .......so they walk a fine line there..
and we won't even mention that Venezuela via Mr Chavez has sent a tanker
or two to Syria to help Syria out ..and I don't think the idea is to
help the common person there either.

if it was up to me..
and I thought this when I was 7 years old..
I would try to take speculation and 'control' via price out of the picture.
I have never understood greed or 'control'  in any form.

I believe we are all just supposed to help each other.
