Kennedy shipped a Subaru conversion kit to me by UPS.  It never
arrived.  UPS claimed that they left it on the porch at noon that day,
but I was home waiting for it and it did not happen.  There was an
inch of fresh snow on the walk and there were no tracks from anyone
coming to the porch.
