I too ordered some things that came via UPS. It would have been a LARGE box. The UPS tracking said it was delivered to my house on a certain day but that day I was home all day and it never came. The seller gave me a hard time when I said I never got it. They pointed to the UPS tracking saying it was delivered. They as good as accused me of lying. I suspect UPS delivered it to the wrong house since we get other peoples mail all the time. Even though every house is prominently numbered. I never did get the items but I did get a refund after MUCH complaining and threats.   -David

Kennedy shipped a Subaru conversion kit to me by UPS.  It never arrived.  UPS claimed that they left it on the porch at noon that day, but I was home waiting for it and it did not happen.  There was an inch of fresh snow on the walk and there were no tracks from anyone coming to the porch.
