I know your question was more focused on motors, but if you are interested in the whole regulator, Van Cafe has the aftermarket regulators with motor.

Please notice that the description is pretty clear that they feel this part is a compromise, but I suppose it is the best they can find (gotta love it when vendors are honest!).

For just a bit less in price, they also offer the motor alone for the stock regulator, but I think their point may be valid, that the regulator mechanism is what typically fails and slows down (I had to rebuild one of my stock regulators, the motor was fine, quite an involved job but also accomplished with only about $0.05 in parts.)
