I've had the Italian(?) aftermarket window winders for years now, and have no big issues with them. Granted, speaker space is tight, and it's true that the windows don't retract fully (A whole inch, dude? Seriously?) but the damned things might just outlast the doors.

And definitely more convenient than the monkey motion of opening the door and attempting to place change in a Florida Turnpike toll taker's hand whilst simultaneously trying to keep the cat inside of the bus.
