I'm 3,200 miles and one month into my first '86 Westy road trip that's taken me down and up Florida, across southern Louisiana and now into E Texas after starting from the Berkshires. Have not run into any snow so I can't answer your question.

However...congrats! Blue Hill is a cool town. I know it quite well and it's next to my favorite park in the country, Arcadia. Consequently, although crazy at times, your journey was well worth it. Enjoy!
