Hi John,

Not verified but, the upper hole as the out (pressure side) and the lower hole the return (gravity) to the pan and pan-screen. This info gleamed from looking at the fluid flow diagrams of the 010 AT. I can send the jpegs to you? (p-mail).

Otherwise, give Ken at GTA a call. He'll know!

Speaking of Bend, Oregon Mr Squirrel may know? Rocket, you still lurking around here? Rocket installed one of the GW frame-rail coolers last year.

So in the wake of the discussion on cooling of automatic transmission fluid, I am once again indulging my instrumentation fetish, this time by adding a transmission oil temperature gauge. I want to put the sensor on the UNcooled side, but can't find any indication as to which of the two ports is the outbound one. Anyone know offhand whether it's the upper or lower?
