Subject: Brake Fluid, Where is it going!?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Before comissioning my '90 automatic bus back to the road, the entire brake system was gone over installing good used components and and new pads on the front, new drums and wheel cylinders in the rears, and properly flushing the entire system with fresh fluid as well as bleeding and adjusting well. The system works great. The pedal feels firm and everything seems to be working properly.

However, I find myself needing to add brake fluid for the second time since the bus has been put on the road. Where is it going if it's not letting air in!? Any thoughts?

I once had a bus sucking brake fluid into the engine. That was a mighty strange situation and I doubt that to be occuring again.
