Oh, if you want to adjust the pressure, go ahead. you'll be adding mostly nitrogen anyway. The partial pressure due to nitrogen is most of air pressure. I wouldn't worry about that, if a tire was originally filled with nitrogen. some tire dealers will claim to fill with nitrogen if you buy a set of tires, and to keep your tires pressured with it for the life of the tire. but it doesn't matter if they do. if you need to add air, just go ahead and do it.
