HI.. yeah, I don't know the details much on the one I was involved with. come to think of it .. it might have happened that they got the title from the owner here first ..put it in their name, then insured it. the purpose of govm't is to make everything harder for the citizens.

perhaps your gov-issued insurance agent knows.
