The mounts look like they are shot. You will be surprised at the shape difference of new ones. As for them waiting until next winter I won’t say that waiting will end in some type of major failure but they are not that big a deal to replace. The OEM mounts are available again at the dealer. I have had some of the aftermarket ones split. The sleeves and those big washers are not. The front nut is a locknut and replacement should be considered. You should also replace the three bolts-nuts-washers that holds the rod to the lower ball joint mount. They are a fine thread, locknuts PC 10.9. Since this is suspension critical I get these from the dealer or pay for really good stuff.
