There aren't any "extra" LEDs, and the later model Vanagons did not have the OXS light. However, there are two unused slots at the bottom of the indicator light holder where LEDs could be implemented.

Scott, I do the prestart check with the camper and every vehicle I drive. The question was about making use of the "extra" LEDs, then someone else brought up the oxygen sensor LED. I do the prestart check. Nothing in my owner's manual states that the oxygen sensor has an LED on the instrument cluster, and there are certainly no "extra," or "unused" LEDs. Battery, oil, temperature, all work, and I note them with every start.
