Hello gang! I managed to break off one of the spades on my auto starter internally. Thanks to some ingenuity I have attached both the large gauge starter to the solenoid and the thin red/white mystery wire to the same spade (where the red/white normally was). The starter works as expected. However, If I leave this mystery wire off, the starter won't disenguage even once started. Installing Kay browns hard start relay (still two wires to one spade) causes the same issues. I want to install a relay and get it to work. It works without the relay just fine. Any idea what that wire does or how to resolve this issue? I cannot find any reference to this in the Bentley. Thanks! -craig |
