Most likely tranny rebuild time.  Apply and release throttle while gently
pushing the shifter forward in third gear. If shifter noticeably moves
forward/back with change in throttle then main shaft roller bearing is
worn/loose.  Replacement or repair of gear carrier housing will be required.
