Very simple. Weld a tube to the OEM jack that will accept the OEM front table leg. Drill a hole and weld on a nut to accept the threaded securing bolt. Now you can use your inside table outside. Some considerations; the pipe need only be 6 ~ 8 inches long, cannot be welded in line with the jack leg as the jack is always at an incline so you must install the jack and raise it until there is some weight of the vehicle on it then calculate the angle of the pipe to be welded on. Also, the pipe cannot be welded directly to the jack leg because the table leg when inserted will interfere with the gear at the top of the jack. The pipe must be spaced out about 1/4" from the jack leg. I have made a few of these and use one myself all the time. If you want to use it in the rear jack point with the sliding door open then you will need to make an extension for the jack to sit out proud of the door when open. A solid steel pipe that fits in the jack point can be turned down on one end to fit inside the jack leg that goes into the jacking point. You will need a machine shop with a lath to do this.
