My Van passed California smog with this "49 states" version from Van Cafe
for $145.00
http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/page_704_275/catalytic_converter.html
A nice surprise is that they now have the California version for only
$265.00
http://www.van-cafe.com/home/van/page_1678_275/catalytic_converter_calif_wextras.html
When I was shopping for the Cali version about 1.5 years ago the only ones
I could find were all $450 - $500.
