I probably shouldn't have pointed directly at you, but still, you shouldn't cite things you can't support as fact.

Based on the original coming from 2001, and the incorrect physics contained therein, perhaps at JPL Frank was involved with the Mars Climate Orbiter and Mars Polar Lander missions, both of which crashed.
