That says there's a lot of air in the system :o( OK, do it like a motorcycle (takes 2 people). Pump, pump, pump, pump the brakes. With the brake pedal down, open the bleed nipple, close the bleed nipple. Repeat as necessary. Don't forget to make sure there's fluid in the reservoir. Eventually you should get some feel at the pedal, and shortly after that, you should get rid of the air bubbles.
