I stole/copied this from a RV group I'm on but it applies to us also:

I*F you Tent camp there is 99.9% chance it will rain. Popup =chance 98% Hy-Bird " 96% Hard Side minor leak you didn't have time to repair Chance are 95.9% Hard Side Excellent shape, two week trip 10 to 12 days of rain, sleet, hail, worst storms any one has seen in this area for 22 years. 100% Stay home perfect weather 361 days =99% chance.

Just look at camping stuff and weather will change within 24 hours.* * Or is it just my wild imagination. We just put the popup up to check out supplies and its rained almost two weeks.Too wet to put up. I think I will rent it out to parts of the USA that needs rain. Just can't firqure out how mmuch to charge, by the inch, foot, day or week,no place can handle more than one week of popup rain.

You all have a great summer camping.* *
