Apologies if mentioned, and Paul has likely have done this, but would he be wise to remove that bolt?

If bolt installed in a hurry, and hole not cleaned beforehand, oil could be trapped between bolt and block. My understanding is that oil trapped in a blind hole on block or head is not good. (heat expands oil possibly causing a crack?)
