Don't have a Westy, but on my '88GL that problem is always the relay up front on the fuse block. I don't have Bentley with me at the moment, but I think it is #19. Put your finger on it, then turn on the turn signals. You should feel the relay activating - or not. John Rodgers 88 GL Driver.
