Hi Stephen, The back of the city water has a ball and spring...what tends to happen is the pipe thread inside the city water cracks if the fitting is screwed in too tightly...In which case David B's comment is a potential concern... Did you install the unit? If you had it done at a shop we'd like to know so we can talk to them about this... Our new city water hook up comes with an aluminum band to protect this pipe thread connector from cracking. **************** Cheri LePage GFAB Manufacturing Ltd www.theskylightguy.com 604-740-1018 _______>__ IE[__][__][_]\\ =-(o)------(o)-=0 ------------------------------------------------------> on the road again soon *Remember to check your skylight seals and make sure you drive with it closed...we've already replaced 6 in March for driving into low garage entrances!

Careful of those little leaks out that water inlet. The moisture gets under the paint where the inlet connects to the camper and causes problems. Dave B >When using the faucet now there is a slight dribble out the city water inlet so that hose or valve might need to be checked but it's actually too sllght to worry about until after I complete a list of other chores I deem more important. Stephen |
