well, friends, the time has come. my travels are drawing me inexorably
away, away, away from my native continent and as i do not know when i will
return--likely several years--i have decided to sell my beloved van rather
than store it in florida. i think pretty much of the pertinent info went in
the ad linked below, and i offer it here for your consideration.

i'd love to offer a special price to the list but as i'd like to see it
sell soon, i put the friend price right on the listing. so i'll just say
that offers from the list will be given priority. it's listed for $5000,
and i'm going to take it to the SF bay area for a week to try to push it.
as i mention in the ad, i'll be traveling back to Florida soon and have
considered taking it along to peddle on the road, so if anybody is super
interested i'd be willing to bring it by pretty much any part of the
country(i never take the shortest route anywhere).

i also want to express my gratitude and admiration for this community. i've
done more lurking than than posting, but i've learned a lot and perhaps in
a future life, when i'm back in the states and have my own yard full up
with vans, i will grow more confident to advise ...at least to help refer
the newbies to the archives...
