Never goes out. I know this is just a fault - but what? Got coolant, Sensor in tank is good. Bad circuit in the instrument pod?? That light is a good warning system for coolant loss - if it works. Had a water pump seal blow once and lost all water in a heartbeat. That light saved the engine for me. Shut it off the instant that light came on. Engine never even got hot. Caught it before all coolant was gone. Still plenty in it, though it continued to pee out when I stopped. Had to get a 60 mile tow to a capable shop. New pump and coolant took care of the problem. Anyone know what to do with this light? Thanks, John Rodgers |
