Subject: Re: Headlight switch

Well, Frank, my post was a general "call" for "papers". Since you're a Lister it includes you. Thanks for your response. at the time of my post I was interested in any (old or new)compatible switch.

I've actually had several helpful responses; thank you all.

The reason I made the initial post is that the 1991 Vanagon supposedly has a "unique" headlight switch. The vendors I contacted either did not carry the item, said it was no longer available, were unaware that the prior issued switches weren't compatible, or didn't respond to my inquiry.

I have an older model switch (pre-1990) and clearly the "pin" placement is different. The electrical diagram I have for my 1991 Vanagon indicates the switch has an internal difference, but little "pin" difference, to the the 89 Vanagon (M suffix part).

So, Frank, does the headlight switch you're selling have the letter "T" suffix?

Thanx.
