You know, I tried to get a good reference on that not to long ago.  What I
found was a very long list of various codes that appear on the diamond
shaped placard on the back of the 18 wheelers.  Not a simple answer to
being able to know what's rolling along in front of you.  Anyone know of a
simplified table or list that is a key to that sign on the big rigs?
