Well there is your problem. If that relay doesn't click on the ECU is
not getting power.The key switch sends 12 volts to one side of the
ignition coil and that point on the coil acts as a wiring junction for a
black/white wire from it to the ECU power relay socket. This wire turns
on that relay.
