Carlos, since that fridge is in a Winnebego converted Eurovan you need to ask this question on the Eurovan forum < Eurovan List undefined <ev_update@yahoogroups.com> You will of course need to join this Yahoo Group forum before asking the question No Vanagon camper by Westfalia had Norcold fridges, they were all Dometic. Now, for my opinion, I "presume" something has gone wrong with the switch.
