You are really reaching for that one Ben :)

Actually, it went like this. First call to the closest Tire Factory (about 8 miles, nearest Discount Tire about 6 blocks) I got Joe Snuffy. Really no clue about the Nokian line of tires especially what I was looking for for a Vanagon. But next call, several months later, I got a guy that was very helpful and very knowledgeable, even very aware of the confusion caused by the marketing change. He did his best to find what I needed (14" Hakka CS) and called back the next day to say no luck. I've kept his name and number in case I need more help with Nokian tires.
