Aside for some minor differences that's similar to the greeting often used in San Francisco. Differences being:

1) Hand is positioned facing one's self. Elevate either of the fingers between the pinky and forefinger to indicate they are #1 in your book. Other fingers clenched into a militant fist.

2) Open lips and mouth off "supercalifragilistic expialidocious"
