Interesting that the water is coming in from those vents. Is the fibreglass insulation wet?

A wild guess would be a torn or missing rubber boot at top of hatch - rear wiper services or on the other side, rear fogger wiring.

(If you have a rear wiper, maybe check around wiper shaft)

Also, have a look at the screws that hold on interior panels (and snaps for rear bug screen). Perhaps one or two are missing and hole allowing water in?
