Find a clean white tool truck stopped at an auto shop near you. Snapon makes a nice tool for this job. Ask around at the auto shops for when the clean white truck is due next. They should even have a business card from the truck so you can get a number. I have called the truck to my house to get essential tools before. Call and ask if the tool you need is on the truck. You can find out their schedule and meet up if the guy can't fit your house into his day.
