I've tried the HF infrared thermometers. 2 times, 2 failures after a very short time. Junk, from my experience. A functioning infrared thermometer is a very useful tool. I saw that offer on the flyer, but I am not going to try a third, I'll get mine elsewhere this time. Also, the air tools I have tried from HF aren't really worth the bother, though I've not had one of each. Random orbital air sander and small die grinder...mine were both poor.
