At this point if you really need to adjust the alignment the bushings will have to be cut out. As the sleeves are somewhat hardened this is a real PITA. How far out of alignment is it?

There is definitely rust. This van has been in the salty Midwest all its life and driven regularly all year round, 200K miles. Big pry bars, big oxy-acetylene torch, BFH, etc., very little movement.
