Yup, pressure-testing the cooling system with the bike pump I see that
the rad is leaking along the passenger side front seam. Looks like I
need a new one. Carquest can get them for US$ 202, by Tuesday.


So questions:


1. Are there brands/makes to avoid?
2. How messy a job is it to R&R the rad?
3. Is there a procedure online I can look at?
4. Do it at home on the driveway, or take it to a shop?
