Subject: Hose routing to heat exchanger?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Now that the dash is back in, I'm installing all the dress bits -- the covers and things.

I'll be darned if the glove box doesn't close!

One of my heat exchanger hoses has an inline valve, something I added ages ago to see if I could solve a hot footwell issue. I'll get back to that matter later.

Anyway, the valve could be reached by opening the glove box, and the valve never interfered with GB open/close operation. Now it does.

Since I swapped out the HX core, it's possible that I routed the hoses differently this time, though I think that's pretty darn unlikely since the hose in question is the one that is clamped to the heater box's lowest right mounting bolt.

But, with me behind the wheel or wielding a wrench, anything can happen.

Does anyone have a clear picture of the correct hose routing to the HX? 1984, if that makes a difference.
