Don't worry about it much. I fill the cooling systems with the van sitting level all the time. It takes a while to get it all in ... if you have a helper, you can do the ole official method of one person keeps engine rpm at about 1,500 while they add coolant .. the other person is by the radiator bleed screw .. ready to put that back in when air-free coolant is coming out.

in all cases, for the first few warm-up, cool-down cycles..... top up the air space in the pressure bottle after it's cooled down , if there is an air space there. Do that for about 3 drive cycles ...usually that does it.

be sure to have heater valve full on ( front heater ) and usually you have to hold about 2,000 rpm for about 2 mniutes for warm coolant to get up there...check for warm air at the defroster vents. Just leave the front heater on all the way during the filling/bleeding process.
