I just replaced the idle control unit in my 1987 2-wheel drive van and when I took out the old one, it was just laying back behind the right side stop light assembly. However from reading about replacing it, it said to mount it upside down in the bracket. I find NO bracket of any kind. Their is a black plastic socket at the bottom of the area where the idle assemly is but for the life of me I have not found any way to attach the idle control unit to hold it in place as stated in any liturture I have on mounting it.

Any information will be appreciated.

Chris
